The venue must be large, such as a gymnasium.  The minimum ceiling height is 14'.  The entire system spans 50' across and needs 22' of unused space for video projection.  See the diagram below.

The system requires a minimum of 5 separate power circuits, accessible within 50' of the setup.

Clearance for use of water based fog.  If clearance can't be given we won't use the fogger.  The lighting effects are dramatically reduced without fog.

Three hours of setup time prior to your event is required for setup.  Tear down takes between 60 and 90 minutes.  No assistance from school workers is required.

If your event is located over two hours from Syracuse, NY or ends later than midnight lodging must be provided.
