Reception Disc Jockey & Master of Ceremonies Service | $1995

For many of our clients, our reception service package is everything they want and need. Many companies have a variety of packages that are based on how much stuff they bring to your wedding. If you've been to an event with a great DJ, you've seen first hand what really sets them apart. It's their professionalism and comfort communicating with guests, their ability to organize events to keep the party flowing, and their skill at mixing the best music to keep your guests engaged and on the dance floor.

We don't have different DJ packages to sell you on more stuff. We have a great reception entertainment service where the most important piece is the experienced & professional disc jockey & master of ceremonies. We bring all of the right tools to create a great atmosphere on the dance floor. Excellent sound and dance floor lighting help create an inviting atmosphere for people to dance, and that's all included in our entertainment service.

We offer a variety of other solutions for nearly any audio, video or lighting request. These other services are not applicable to all events, so we don't try to bundle them into rigid packages. If you require additional services beyond our reception service, we can custom build an agreement with everything you want or need.

With our Reception Entertainment you'll receive:

  • Comprehensive planning & preparation with the disc jockey & master of ceremonies you'll be working with.
  • A true master of ceremonies who will guide you, and keep your guests informed throughout the reception.
  • Wireless microphone for flexibility.
  • A four speaker sound system that's perfect for your reception. Great sound at lower volume for dinner & cocktails, and then full and punchy when it's time to create energy for dancing.
  • Dance floor lighting to enhance the party atmosphere.  We have full control to adjust the speed, color & intensity so the lighting is perfect for any size room, and any type of music.
  • Backup equipment with a written money back guarantee.
  • Up to Five hours of performance.
  • No charges for setup/teardown.
  • Total flexibility on time. Each Visa Versa disc jockey is focused on one event on any given day.
  • Additional time beyond 5 hours of performance is $200/hour.

Deposits & payments

It's not uncommon for couples to reserve our services a year or more before their wedding. You can always make more frequent or larger payments, but here is what we require.

  • When an agreement is signed we require 25% of the total invoice.
  • We require 50% of the total invoice to be paid six months prior to your wedding.
  • The final balance is due one week before your wedding.
  • We take all forms of payment including all major credit cards. We have a secure payment form on our site so you can make payments at your convenience, and get a receipt instantly.

Frequently asked questions.

  • I only see one package on your website, are there any others?

    We only have one entertainment package that is all inclusive, and beyond what most companies offer for a five hour reception.

    Many DJ services offer packages that are tied more to an equipment list than to the skill and experience of the DJ or the professionalism and reliability of the company. So if you spend enough time looking at DJ websites, you start to look for the tiered pricing.

    Our fee is based on providing exceptional service that includes everything required to put on a great reception with no compromises.  

  • Do you offer a discount for Friday or Sunday events?

    Due to the high demand for our services, and our limited capacity of handling two events on any given day we have discontinued offering discounts for Friday or Sunday receptions.

  • I'm interested in your DJ Service, Lighting & Photo booth. Is there a discounted package price?

    We provide a discount when booking both DJ & Photo Booth services because we can consolidate transportation and setup. We also waive any minimums for decor lighting if it is booked with either our DJ Service or Photo Booth for the same reason.

    Should you require sound & music services for your ceremomy, we provide a comprehensive ceremony package at a cost that's less than what you could rent the equipment for at any rental house. That's only availble to our entertainment clients.
