We wish there was an easy way... Lighting is just so customized that it's impossible to package. With key areas highlighted symmetically, a small ballroom can look great with as little as 10 fixtures, while a larger one with columns, windows, and other elements could take as many as 50! It's rare, but we've done events that needed over 100! Either way, the goal is to strike the right visual balance while staying on budget. And to that end, our rates are VERY competitive!

Some companies charge a flat fee for a whole room. if your space is huge, assuming this comes with unlimited fixtures, it may be a great deal. But most venues can look great using 16 to 20. And that's only referring to uplighting. It gets even more complicated with spotlighting, motion effects and projection. Some of these aren't even possible in certain spaces. In others it may require a lift to reach high ceilings, which we would have to rent, driving up the cost. Rest assured, once we know your venue and floor plan, we'd be happy to customize a quote so you pay only for what you want and need.

We provide a discount when booking both DJ & Photo Booth services because of consolidated transportation and setup. We also waive any minimums for decor lighting if booked with either our DJ Service or Photo Booth for the same reason.

We provide lighting to events with other entertainment providers often, though a minimum contract order is required. When providing enhancements at events we're already working for, however, we can offer very attractive pricing with no minimums. We can handle everything from lighting the stage, the band and dance floor to uplighting the room and pin spotting each and every floral arrangement!

We will usually take on events with smaller lighting requirements in venues that are right in the immediate Syracuse area.  If we can coordinate delivery, setup, and removal with the venue we're happy to accommodate. We shy away from taking events with small lighting requirements if they are outside of Syracuse.
